Cello attacca! is a cello ensemble made up of the current and former students of Prof. Karmen Pečar. As an instrument, the cello permits various combinations and a wide selection of musical pieces. Such an ensemble also provides young cellists with a valuable experience of playing in a chamber group and helps them develop their listening skills which are of key importance for string musicians. The idea for this ensemble came from the Cellomania project in which Karmen Pečar has acted as concert master for many years. As she has grown so close to this cellist movement, she is now aware of the importance of such cooperation and wishes to share her experience with the other cellists.
