„The Rag Waltz Time" (Enja Records, 2017) , the new album of Bulgarian twin brothers Konstantin and Alexander Wladigeroff, is spiced with swing- balkan - jazz  and folk-alike sounds. The release has in addition a fanciful nimbus with beats of melodious voices and attention-getting strings picks.

Their compositions are brilliantly achieved coating amazing horn sounds with odd Bulgarian rhythms, sustaining curls of vibrant piano keys, nicely wooden flute and bass & brass grooves.

The stylish lines of Konstantin Wladigeroff's piano floating all along are marked by the charming chords of the guitar bops and the vocals .

Sometimes the music is ethnic-alike then alters into an upbeat velocity that has an energy liken to Gipsy- swing, Brass Grooves . The whole bodywork displays exquisite tenor reeds ,violoncello , wooden flute ,trumpet  striking by their nuances that create wonderful melodies.

The very catchy tunes are formed by an artful combination of Bulgarian folk -  sounds cleverly calling-to-be a very delectable roller coaster of rhythms. The Wladigeroff proved once again why they are among the most talented artists. "The Rag Waltz Time" is a fantastic album from beginning to end.

The 7 original compositions of the latest album of Wladigeroff Brothers "The Rag Waltz Time" in 2016 shows its unmistakable own touch. They call it "a soundtrack for the listener's imagination." They deliberately flirt on this album with Swing & Jazz & Balkan sounds and modern grooves.

Boris Pasternak said that "talent in the highest, broadest sense is a gift of life is.
...."With the feel-good album "The Rag Waltz Time" share the Wladigeroff Brothers once again their unique musical talents with us their joy of life and energy, and we take their generous gift of love." Reneé Gadsden
