The Depeche Mode music has been with me since I was a teenager. After 25 years of development of my musical taste and discovering the diverse world of music, especially jazz, I rediscovered the vibrations of the Depeche Mode by writing classic big band arrangements of their songs and I am glad that Big Band KK is the first of its kind on the planet to ever perform the Depeche Mode music. Enjoy the depeched big band sound! 

Big Band KK has been performing in the Slovenian musical scene for over 30 years, most actively in the last two decades. The band comprises of musicians drawn from all important slovene orchestras. Among them are professional musicians with degrees from various European academies of music: i.e. Janez Gabrič, Lovro Ravbar, Rok Lopatič, Bojan Zupančič and Miha Koretič, are founders of several highly successful Slovenian music bands.

Big Band KK performs in all jazz styles, including contemporary orchestral trends. The band’s most successful project is  DEPECHED, completed in 2012. Although they have been successfully performing on Slovenian and foreign stages for years, the bad earned with this project an invitation to perform at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland , where they will travel after the performance on the Bled festival. At the concert tonight, they  will play the same programme they will perform in Montreux.
